Sparkfun Pro Micro KiCAD Footprint
The Pro Micro is similar to the Pro Mini, but it includes an ATmega32U4 processor. The USB transceiver built into the 32U4 enables us to add USB connectivity onboard and eliminate the need for a bulky external USB interface.
This tiny little board performs all of the cool Arduino tricks you're used to 9 10-bit ADC channels, 5 PWM pins, 12 DIOs, and hardware serial connections Rx and Tx This board, which operates at 16MHz and 5V, will remind you of many of your favorite Arduino-compatible boards, but this little guy can go almost anywhere. It has a voltage regulator on board and can accept voltages of up to 12VDC. If you're supplying unregulated power to the board, connect to the "RAW" pin rather than VCC.
This latest revision corrects the silk error from the previous version of the board, so that pin 14 is labeled correctly. In addition, a PTC fuse and diode protection have been added to the power circuit, and the RX and TX LED circuits have been corrected.
