KiCAD Project: USB Cable Tester

Simple board made with KiCAD for testing different USB wires (Note that the USB standard aids in identifying these USB-C; cables that adhere to the standard will have chosen pins by the release of the cable and connector specification.)

See which signs light up after connecting your wire to both sides.

ONLY FOR CABLE USE. NEVER PUT THIS INTO A DEVICE AS THE PINS ON ONE SIDE ARE ALL SHORTED TOGETHER AND COULD CAUSE IT TO BREAK!

You can get the JLCPCB files listed below if you want to build these yourself. Both Gerber and BOM/assembly files are included. If you're having them assemble it after you upload the file, you might need to adjust the battery holder.
